OCR Data Accuracy & Layout

The OCR accuracy depends upon the quality of the original document, if it is at a reasonably good quality we can achieve up to 99.95% accuracy with the text conversion.

In addition to the scanned image, our quality control department proof-reads all of the converted OCR data captured to ensure the text is accurate and has been converted correctly.

If the document contains any tables, pictures, graphics and drawing objects they are also kept in the same format as the original document, so on completion, your OCR converted document would appear exactly the same as the original, leaving you to edit whatever text you like or search by whatever text field you prefer.
