We helped a claims management company who had a paper intensive office which they wanted to streamline electronically. Many students personal records were kept on old microfilms and microfiche which made documents difficult to locate. We recently completed a survey scanning exercise for the University of London who required all the returned customer surveys to be scanned and digitised so that they could use the results data for statistical and analysis purposes. Once we extracted the data from the forms the stats were then calculated and all information immediately available in spreadsheet format.
