Implementation of a document management solution for a Manchester base claims company

We helped a claims management company who had a paper intensive office which they wanted to streamline electronically. We offered them or bespoke an all in one electronic document management solution which meant having their documents scanned and indexed into an user-friendly system with easy menu's and navigation features which keeps all documents in one place. Documents can now be quickly distributed between departments, authorised and returned improving the overall workflow while reducing paper.

Microfilm and Microfiche conversion for Manchester Metropolitan University

We have completed a number of projects for the University of Manchester over the years assisting them with digitising internal documents. Many students personal records were kept on old microfilms and microfiche which made documents difficult to locate. We scanned and converted thousands of records into digital format which are now kept on the local network as searchable files.

Survey Scanning scanning for London University

We recently completed a survey scanning exercise for the University of London who required all the returned customer surveys to be scanned and digitised so that they could use the results data for statistical and analysis purposes. Once we extracted the data from the forms the stats were then calculated and all information immediately available in spreadsheet format.

Pearl Scan completed a large scale scanning exercise for a property search company based in Birmingham.
